By purchasing a subscription for the Software, You acknowledge that You have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms of this Refund Policy.
We strongly recommend that all potential users thoroughly evaluate the free Trial Version of Our Software before purchasing a subscription. The Trial Version offers the full functionality of the paid version, limited only by the number of backups (10 per project), allowing You to make an informed purchase decision.
2. Refund eligibility
We offer a fourteen (14) day money-back guarantee for the first payment of any new subscription, subject to the following conditions:
(a) Your refund request must be submitted to Us within fourteen (14) calendar days of the original purchase date of the new subscription. This guarantee does not apply to renewal payments. (b) You must first cancel Your active subscription before requesting a refund.
3. Refund request process
To request a refund, You must adhere to the following steps:
(a) Cancel Your Subscription: First, you must cancel your active subscription. This can be done by clicking the 'Control panel' link in your PayPro Global order confirmation email. To access the Control Panel for the first time, you must click on "reset password" to create a new password for your account. Once in the Control Panel, click the red "Cancel" button to suspend your subscription (it remains active until the end of the current billing cycle).
(b) Submit Your Refund Request: After canceling the subscription, visit Our official website at zippy.zip/contact
and:
(i) Select 'Refund Request' from the category selector.
(ii) Provide the valid license key and the email address used for the original purchase.
(iii) Complete all other required fields and submit the form.
4. Refund processing
(a) Refund requests that meet all eligibility criteria will be processed by Us within five (5) business days. (b) Approved refunds will be processed through the same payment method used for the original purchase. (c) Upon processing Your refund, Your license key will be permanently deactivated.
5. Exceptions and limitations
The following exceptions and limitations apply:
(a) Refunds are only available for the initial purchase of a subscription and not for recurring renewal charges. (b) This Policy applies only to subscriptions purchased directly through Zippy's official website (https://zippy.zip). (c) Repeated subscription and refund requests from the same individual may be reviewed for potential abuse and may be declined at our sole discretion.
6. Changes to this refund policy
We reserve the right to modify or update this Refund Policy at any time, in Our sole discretion. We will indicate any changes by updating the "Last Modified" date at the top of this Policy and posting the revised Policy on Our website.

Your continued use of the Software or purchase of licenses after any changes or revisions to this Policy shall indicate Your agreement with the terms of such revised Policy. This Policy may be made available in multiple languages for convenience. The Romanian language version of this Policy shall be the controlling and legally binding version. All other language versions are provided as translations for informational purposes only and shall have no legal effect.
